This post is dedicated to some WordPress-related blogs that I visit regularly. A lot of links will be posted, so that you can visit what grabs your attention and/or interest.
WPDesigner (Small Potato)
- Launched his first free premium theme called Jello-Wala-Mello, a news/magazine-styled WordPress theme created for multi-media sites;
- Announced and launched his first video blog, ‘Four WordPress and Blog Design Tips’;
- Wrote a UniqueBlogDesigns.com review, which started a controversy since Adii, who is the main designer of Unique Blog Designs, didn’t appreciate the review;
- Announced a new project, but haven’t revealed much about it yet. SP left the readers with only a hint: “It has to do with you, WordPress development, and hosting. Call it Project H.” On the comments, he said that he might put out a vague sneak peak on Monday.
Adii (Adii)
- Released WP-Polaroid, a slightly modified version of his current WordPress theme, as a free WordPress Theme;
- Released two more WordPress themes: Block Magazine and Your Revolution. These magazine-style WordPress themes are not free, but they can be purchased over at Unique Blog Designs for only $79 each;
- Announced ‘The Box Magazine‘, another magazine-style WordPress theme, but with a quite different design. Adii has been releasing a lot of magazine-style WordPress themes because of their popularity;
- Wrote a response post to Small Potato’s Unique Blog Designs Review;
- Announced two new WordPress series and posted part 1 of the first series: ‘The anatomy of a WordPress Design: Introduction & The Basics‘;
- Interviewed Sunny from Headsetoptions and Ivan Brezak Brkan from Freelance Switch.
N.Design Studio (Nick La)
- Rebuilded one of his projects, Best Web Gallery. The new design looks great and new options were added to the gallery;
- Wrote a new article called ‘WordPress Theme Hacks,’ which is posted at Web Designer Wall, another one of his projects. In this article, Nick shares some of his tricks on how to make a better WordPress theme.
